We recently had the please of working with bspoke finance for the purchase of our property. We dealt with Ryan who was incredibly professional, caring and dedicated. Ryan explained all processes clearly and provided us with informed advice throughout. His level of customer service was extraordinary and he managed to work with our lender to push through a short settlement so that we would be in before Christmas! The whole process was incredibly efficient and Ryan was quick to respond to all enquiries and chase up any issues we had with the bank. One thing that stood out to us about the first home buying experience was how often it was assumed that we knew what we were doing. More than once someone whose professional services we were paying for expressed surprise that we hadn’t done this thing –or had done that thing– despite never being advised to do the contrary. Not only did this cause us stress, it wasted time and resulted in pressure mounting during a short settlement period. We feel very fortunate that our experience with Ryan was the exception to this. We began talking to Ryan in 2021. Over the course of almost three years (!) Ryan guided us through challenges like lockdowns, COVID-related income loss, changing market conditions, and a pregnancy. He responded to every phone call and email and always left us feeling confident that we understood what was going on. He was also able to anticipate problems that we might encounter and save us from making any missteps.
